One engineer,
a coastline of ideas.

I'm Leif Terje — "Leffen" on the radio — a systems engineer running a well-equipped homelab in Bergen, on the west coast of Norway. When the weather allows, the lab moves aboard my sailboat at Bergens Seilforening, which doubles as a floating test bench for the systems I build.

I care about software you can own end to end: local-first inference built piece by piece, agents that survive a week unattended, and infrastructure sturdy enough for a storm. The fully sovereign cluster is the destination — less hype, more uptime.
